Mennonite Seminary

Within the bachelor of Theology and Religious Studies, students may pursue the graduate program that is substantively tailored to the requirements of the Mennonite faith community for assistant-pastors and pastors.

At Bachelor's level, a program has been developed in which specific modules are given in the areas of Anabaptist (church-) history, systematic and practical theology, hermeneutics of biblical literature and ethics that do justice to Anabaptist-Mennonite theology's own history and perspectives.

Within the programme there is a specific focus on functioning as a pastor within the Mennonite context. Themes such as "peace theology" and „ministry and mediation" mirror important Anabaptist-Mennonite themes. By the way, the module within the Anabaptist-Mennonite pathway is open to all students who meet the entrance requirements, including non-Mennonite students.

The schedule can be found at www.doopsgezind.nl under „Seminarium".
