Everyone experiences periods of stress or tension from time to time, and this is completely normal. These moments are part of life and can even motivate you to grow and develop yourself further. In this, resilience plays an essential role. By strengthening your resilience, you are better able to overcome life's challenges and come out even stronger!
During Wellbeing Week from 4-8 November, a diverse program is waiting for you with activities and workshops focusing on working on your wellbeing and resilience. For example, find new friends at the "Friendshipping" event, unwind during a chair massage, learn to stand stronger in your shoes at a "Find your Direction" workshop or make order out of chaos during the "Cash Book Class" by @SkereStudent.
