View your personnel file
Via the self-service option View my personnel file you can get access to your personnel file. If you scroll all the way down on your profile page, you will see your own personnel file with all the employee documents.
Managers also have access to the personnel files of their team members via the same self-service option. On the right-hand side in the column titled ‘Team’, you will see the names of your team members under 'My Direct Reports'. If you click on a team member, you will access their profile and personnel file in the same way.
Adding a document to personnel file
In some cases, it may be necessary for the HR Service Desk to add documents to the personnel file. Employees may sometimes be asked to do so, or managers may add a document to the personnel file of one of their team members as part of a particular process.
To have a document added, go to the self-service option Add document to personnel file in the Service Portal.
