Short Manual
Zoom
- Download the picture(s) you prefer to your device
- Open Zoom, log on and choose 'Settings'
- Select in the Tab on the left 'Background & Filters’ and then ‘Virtual Backgrounds’.
- In the next screen you'll find a selection of virtual backgrounds.
- To add your own picture, click the + sign and select your favourite background.
- Note: settings can vary depending on your device. More information can be found on https://support.zoom.us. Search for Virtual background.
Teams
- Download the picture(s) you prefer to your device
- Open Teams, log on and open video modus
- Choose 'Background filters’ just below the video screen
- In the next screen you'll find a selection of virtual backgrounds.
- To add your own picture, click 'add new' and select your favourite background.
- Note: settings can be different depending on your device. More information can be found on Change your background for a Teams meeting
