On 3 April, it's time to get moving during your work/study day! Getting up from behind your desk and joining a short walk will make you more productive, energetic and healthy. So join our short lunch walk!

So join the Walk during your day @VU! On 3 April, we will gather at 12.45 at the Student Wellbeing Point (SWP), after which we will take a walk together for about half an hour. After the walk, we will return to the SWP to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and a piece of banana bread!
Drum up your fellow students and colleagues to join in. Together, we will take steps towards a healthier work and study day!
