Choice Guide 2025: TOP courses for VU Humanities bachelors

Share
19 December 2024
On 19 December, the Keuzegids Universiteiten for 2025 was published. In it, six bachelor's programmes at VU University Amsterdam are awarded the designation 'Top programme.' Two bachelours from the Faculty of Humanities were among the prizes.

Creative Technology

New to the list of 'Top Programs' is the bachelor's program Creative Technology (CreaTe). This program from the University of Twente has also been offered at the VU since last academic year. CreaTe is a technical university course where design and technology come together. During the study, students learn to find innovative solutions to current social challenges.

PPE: Philosophy, Politics and Economics

VU Amsterdam scores above average this year in the field of 'interdisciplinary'. This is in line with VU's strong focus on connecting different disciplines and its ambition to offer groundbreaking research and education that contributes to a better world. The bachelor's in Philosophy, Politics and Economics is a great example of this, and we are proud of the extended title of 'Top Program' for PPE.

About the Choice Guide

The Keuzegids Bachelors is compiled annually by the Center for Higher Education Information and compares all accredited bachelor's programs at Dutch universities. The assessments in the guide are compiled in part from student opinions and accreditation data using information from the National Student Survey. These assessments help prospective students make an informed choice about their bachelor's program. Read more about the results of the Choice Guide 2025 here
