Dr. Chandra is a renowned expert in Health Policy and concurrently serves as the Henry and Allison McCance Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and the Ethel Zimmerman Wiener Professor of Public Policy and director of Health Policy research at the Harvard Kennedy School.
In addition to his academic roles, Professor Chandra is a member of the Congressional Budget Office's (CBO) Panel of Health Advisors and a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER). His extensive research, focusing on areas such as biopharmaceutical industry innovation, healthcare value, medical malpractice, and racial disparities, has earned him prestigious awards, including the NIHCM Foundation Health Care Research Award and the ASHE Medal.
