Reshaping work 2024

14 March 2024
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping the way individuals and organizations work. How is AI used in recruitment? How is it used to coordinate workers or improve operational efficiency? What are the potential risks, and how can we ensure humans are in the loop? Submit your research and join the dialogue at Reshaping Work Conference 2024 on 23rd and 24th of October in Amsterdam.

The Reshaping Work Conference 2024, co-organized by the KIN Center for Digital Innovation (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam) and Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University), will bring over 250 business leaders, researchers, policymakers, trade unionists, and other relevant stakeholders enthusiastic about shaping the future of work with AI. The conference will feature keynote presentations, panel discussions, roundtable sessions, and many other opportunities for networking and exchanging ideas.

Key themes of the conference include:

  • Ethical AI: Navigating privacy, diversity, and security
  • AI Regulation: Understanding labor, privacy, and competition laws
  • The Evolving Workforce: AI's impact on skills and job roles
  • Innovative AI: Design, development, and workplace integration

We invite the researcher to submit an extended abstract consisting of approximately 800 words. The research submission is open until May 15th, 2024. Email to submit papers: submissions@reshapigwork.net

For inquiries contact Marleen Huysman and Jana Retkowsky.
