The Reshaping Work Conference 2024, co-organized by the KIN Center for Digital Innovation (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam) and Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University), will bring over 250 business leaders, researchers, policymakers, trade unionists, and other relevant stakeholders enthusiastic about shaping the future of work with AI. The conference will feature keynote presentations, panel discussions, roundtable sessions, and many other opportunities for networking and exchanging ideas.
Key themes of the conference include:

- AI Regulation: Understanding labor, privacy, and competition laws
- The Evolving Workforce: AI's impact on skills and job roles
- Innovative AI: Design, development, and workplace integration
