(Deoxy)nucleotides Analysis

Nucleotides and deoxynucleotides are derivatives of purines and pyrimidines and they serve as building blocks for nucleic acids such as DNA and RNA.

We develop analytical methods to determine nucleoside triphosphate (NTP) and deoxy nucleotides (dNTP) in cells and tissues. Besides these triphosphates the analytical methods also includes the determination of the di- and monophosphate (dexoy)nucleosides which all are part of the purine and pyrimidine pathways. Chemicals can affect the (d)NTP pools and are related to development of cancer and neurodevelopmental disorders.
