Decisio

Students of the Spatial, Transport, and Environmental Economics Master Programme have a thorough knowledge in the fields of mobility and spatial development and are not afraid to use empirical research methods.

Kees van Ommeren (partner at Decisio, economist, more than thirty years of experience with economic policy research and policy advice in the field of mobility and spatial development):

"Decisio is a renowned Dutch economic policy research agency with offices in Amsterdam and Turin. We mainly work for (semi-)public clients and trade organizations. Examples of our projects are policy evaluations and economic analyses such as social cost benefit analyses, business cases and economic impact studies. Decision covers areas such as energy transition, sustainable mobility, economic development, water and infrastructure.

We are keen on hiring graduates and interns. The master programme fits in well with our work. Decisio is an excellent springboard for a further career, not in the least because you learn in a short time where your strengths and preferences lie (in terms of subject and skills). For Decisio advisors it is important to have a good command of the Dutch language and can write smoothly."
