If you have issued a direct debit authorisation and the collection is unsuccessful, you will receive a number of payment reminders. The reminders set a new payment deadline and state that your right to payment in instalments will be jeopardised if you do not pay before the deadline.
Do you miss the payment deadline? Then your enrolment will be automatically terminated with effect from the first day of the second month after the first reminder. After that, you can only be re-enrolled under certain conditions. To be eligible for this, you must submit an appeal. To do so, use the blue button on this page and complete the form.
There is a good chance that you will be re-enrolled if you pay the remaining tuition fee for that academic year in one go.
