Options
-
HR advisor
The HR advisors act as the HR contact for all staff members of FGW.
They also advise employees on questions relating to the interpretation and application of the collective labour agreement, legal regulations and personnel policy, such as training issues, promotion policy, remuneration, etc. In addition, the HR advisor can think along about solutions for bottlenecks in the work situation.
-
Staff Counsellor
The staff confidential counsellor supports and advises the person experiencing undesirable behaviour and helps them to find ways to stop it.
The confidential advisor treats what you tell him/her as confidential and does nothing without your permission and knowledge. You can contact the FGW staff confidential advisor, but you can also approach a confidential advisor from another department or faculty.
You can find an overview of FGW confidential counsellors here.

Ombudsman staff
The staff ombudsman is an independent and neutral person with whom you can discuss your problem or complaint informally and confidentially. The ombudsman supports staff in analysing and solving problems or complaints at times when discussion within the organisation is difficult. The ombudsman can also mediate and bring parties together or refer them to the right authorities.
