Programmes in 3D revolve around substantive, social debates and conversations on themes such as freedom of speech, racism, decolonisation, diversity, social wellbeing, student engagement and such. 3D is the place where abrasive questions and conflicting opinions are not avoided, we look for deep discussions and dialogues instead of alienation.
The 3D target group consists of students and employees of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Programmes in 3D are organised with and for students and employees of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and are in line with the vision of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and the needs of the VU community.
- 3D functions as a physical and organisational hub at the centre of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
- 3D is not an educational space, it is not an innovation lab, not a party or hangout room.
- Members of the VU community are free to organise a programme, meeting or event in the 3D room when it is substantively related to the themes of 3D.
What happens at 3D
