Bachelors
Members of the department are responsible for courses in the Bachelor Rechtsgeleerdheid (LLB, Dutch) and the Bachelor in Law and Society (LLB, English). The department also participates in a minor in Law and Global Society (with the department of migration law), and one in Law, Technology and Ethics (with the department of legal theory) and one in Recht van de Toekomst (in Dutch).
Masters
The department is responsible for five different masters degrees and masters specialisations, attracting 200+ students each year:
- Internet, Intellectuele Eigendom en ICT (in Dutch, with privaatrecht)
- European and International Law
- International Technology law
- Law and Politics of International Security (an interdisciplinary masters, with the Faculty of Social Science)
- International Business Law: Trade and Investment (with the department of Private Law)
