Instead of the traditional approach to public, private and criminal law, this programme starts with real societal problems and looks at how different legal perspectives can be applied. Using a multidisciplinary approach with a strong social sciences component and a cross-cultural emphasis, you’ll work in groups to carry out empirical research on real-world cases.
