If you choose to study Econometrics and Operations Research, you’ll first get a broad and solid foundation in mathematics and programming. Afterwards, in-depth study of Econometrics and Operations Research follows. Both are highly important fields within in economics and business, as they use quantitative techniques and methods to solve real-world problems and make decisions. Most of your teachers are actively involved in research. Others also work in business when they’re not at the university. This ensures the programme to be both relevant, and up to date. In fact, the Econometrics and Operations Research has been rated as a “topopleiding” (high-quality education) by the Keuzegids Universiteiten four years in a row.
