Improving health and achieving equity in health

Do you want to learn how to effectively address complex Global Health challenges and achieve equity in health? Work on real-life health challenges together with local and global communities? Practice transdisciplinary collaboration, public communication, reflection and real-life problem solving?

Then the minor Global Health is just the thing for you. Check here whether you meet the admission requirements and find out how to apply. The university minor is open to all students of the VU, you do not need permission of the examination board.

Admission and registration

  • Admission

    The university minor is open to all students of the VU, you do not need permission of the examination board. To enter this minor, you must have earned 90 credits within your bachelor programme. Wo-bachelor students of another university can enter this minor, depending on whether their own university grants permission. The minor is taught in English and available for exchange students. The admission deadline is 1 July.

    The minor is open to exchange and Semester in Amsterdam students.
