Data-driven Management - Public Sector: from promises to results

Data-driven Steering in the Public Sector

Many public organisations are confident that dealing intelligently with data will lead to better results for citizens and society, such as cleaner streets, safer neighbourhoods, better facilities, etc. But how do you actually achieve better results based on data? What does this require from you and your organisation?

You will gain new inspiration and knowledge of best & worst practices, proven change management approaches and the latest insights in the field of data-driven work. After the course, you will have the expertise and skills to function as a connector between management, organisation and data specialists. You will be able to understand all relevant developments in the field of data and to better apply them in your organisation.

In this 8 months part-time training programme 'Data-driven Management in the Public Sector', passionate professors and experts from the field will translate scientific insights into concrete tools for your daily work. There is plenty of room to share knowledge and experience from your own practice and to learn from each other.

In short, after completing the programme, you will be able to successfully implement the change to data-driven management in your organisation.
