Change Management: an inspiring match between science & practice

Foundation in Change Management

Many managers and consultants are given the responsibility for guiding large and complex change projects. During such projects, they are regularly confronted with various pitfalls and problems. Numerous research shows how the failure of (poorly executed) changes in organisations costs unnecessary money, time, and motivation. Science offers tools for providing insight into complex issues and finding reliable solutions.

The Basic Course in Change Management lays the foundation for change approaches. It is aimed at change agents, people who in their work in a leading, advising or for example project-based role are involved in change and organisational development, looking to expand scientific knowledge and insights regarding change management and organisational development, from some practical experience. Using their own practice and experience as a starting point, these change agents want to better understand how change works, substantiate their own actions and apply insights into their own practice.

This Change Management Foundation programme is completely taught in Dutch, for more information on this education please consult our Dutch website.
