• Admission requirements

  The programme is for you if:

  • You are an aspiring owner or leader in the family business, foundation, family office, or overall enterprise.
  • You are eager to expand your knowledge, skills, and connections and want to make a positive impact in the world.
  • You want to play a more relevant role and help your family become more sustainable and successful.
  • You thrive on a diverse, dynamic, and interactive programme, designed to provide you with the experience and hard and soft skills needed to support your family in an increasingly complex society and challenging world.

• Application process

  Applying for participation in the ROEF programme is simple.

  To apply, just click on the 'Apply' button in the upper right hand corner of the page, and leave your details. The ROEF team then will contact you to further discuss your application.

  The application process closes four weeks before the start of the programme.

• Tuition fee

  The programme fee for the seven modules is EUR 25,500. 

  This covers the cost of the ROEF programme, access to the coaching team, and all meals during the in-person sessions. You will receive unlimited access to our online learning platform and app for the duration of the programme, exclusive access to speaker sessions, special events, and the ROEF Alumni Network. Furthermore, you will receive invitations to the annual alumni event and access to the biannual refresh sessions. Flights and accommodation are not included in the programme fee.
