Then the program Orientation on Leadership in Education might be for you! In five meetings spread over three months, you will grow in your personal and professional leadership through inspiration and exchange with two professors and peers. Your own context is always the starting point: you will gain insight into the connection between yourself, the team of which you are part, your common goal and your context.

(Beginning) educational leaders, teachers in higher education who want to initiate educational development, orient themselves to the topic of leadership and gain better insight into next steps in their own leadership development.
This course is open to participants inside and outside of VU Amsterdam.
