Thinking about health, care and wellbeing is often disease-centred, hospital-oriented and physician-centric rather than person- and community-centred. As a result, care systems are often ill-equipped to meet the challenge of doing more with relatively less. Redesigning systems requires a different logic, a way of thinking and acting in which health, care and wellbeing become an integral part of life rather than a series of disconnected encounters with the healthcare system. The Wellbeing @ Work Lab aims to bring together researchers and societal stakeholders who are inspired to explore and contribute to the transition to sustainable, high-quality, person-centred and accessible care. The Lab focuses on three I’s: Institutions, Identity and Innovation.
