The postgraduate programme Executive Team Coaching is a programme for reflective team coaches who want to professionalise further in the full breadth of the profession.
VU Amsterdam is the only university in the Netherlands with a Centre for Executive Coaching that offers courses at master's level for executive coaches and executive team coaches. Assessment takes place on the basis of presentations on one's own theory of practice and one's own style as a team coach, reflection reports and a case study.
