Team coaching in the dynamic boardroom

Do you work as a team coach with management teams, executive boards and boards of directors and would you like to further develop yourself?

This postgraduate Executive Team Coaching programme is intended for team coaches who wish to update their knowledge, challenge their own working methods, be more aware of the choices they make during team interventions and want to test their own experience against that of experienced colleagues.

Working with 'heavy' teams asks a lot of you as a facilitator. How do you make sure you stand firm, what do you do when you become unsure? The postgraduate programme Executive Team Coaching is a programme for reflective team coaches who want to professionalise further in the full breadth of the profession.

VU Amsterdam is the only university in the Netherlands with a Centre for Executive Coaching that offers courses at master's level for executive coaches and executive team coaches. Assessment takes place on the basis of presentations on one's own theory of practice and one's own style as a team coach, reflection reports and a case study.

This Executive Teamcoaching programme is offered in Dutch.
