Language course Dutch for NT2 State Exam programme II

This course is for participants of the onderwijs (education) route of the Language and Preparatory Program Amsterdam and the B1 route. Registration is done through the municipality.

Are you an employee or student at VU Amsterdam and would like to register for this course? If so, please send an email to VU-NT2 Office.

On the daytime group course Dutch for the NT2 State Exam II, you will learn Dutch up to B2 level in one calendar year. This means you will be able to understand difficult texts, write your own texts on a variety of topics, speak Dutch fluently and correctly, express your opinion and participate in discussions.

The language course 'Dutch for State Exam II' will take you from level 0 to B2 (CEFR). The pace of the lessons is fast. A minimum of 12 hours per week self study is required. You can start four times per year. After four or five modules each lasting nine weeks, you will be ready to take the NT2 State Exam II. 

Course modules
Have you already learned some Dutch? Do you only want to learn Dutch for beginners or raise your language level? You also have the option of taking one or more modules instead of the complete course.

State Exam NT2 programma II
Are you intending to work or study in the Netherlands? You need the State Exam NT2 II if you want to work or study at higher educated levels: university or university of applied sciences.

DUO Loan
Candidates for civic integration can apply to DUO for a Dutch government loan to pay for the course.
